TRAINING OBJECTIVE:
1. List various types of pumps used in Marine applications.
2. Describe the working principle of various types of pumps
3. Describe the various factors affecting the suction of a pump.
4. Describe the various factors affecting the discharge of a pump.
5. Describe the significance and use of H-Q curves.
6. Describe the various operational aspects of centrifugal pumps like running them in series & parallel.
7. List various Do’s and Don’ts & discuss various troubleshooting aspects of pumps.
