To enhance safety and operational efficiency by training officers in communication, leadership, stress management, and resource coordination, especially under pressure, while ensuring adherence to high ERRM standards.

- Stress & Risk Management: Fatigue, distraction, accident causes, risk assessment
- Resource Management: Efficient use of equipment, information, and personnel

Mr. Nagaraj Shenoy
With 32 years of extensive experience, Mr. Nagaraj Shenoy is a seasoned Marine Engineer skilled in Ocean-going and offshore sailing, New building projects, Technical Supervision/Vessel Management, ISO 9001-2015 Quality Implementation, and the development of new products/courses. Additionally, he serves as a Technical Faculty member, an External Examiner for DG Shipping Phase 2 EK papers and Class 4 Orals, and holds certification as an Independent Director from IICA – MCA.
