On completion of this program, the participant will be able to:

Introduction to Automation and Controls-Open Loop & Closed Loop System
- Sensors, Transducers, and Controllers
- PID control and tuning, Final Control Elements
- PLC Introduction and Concept of Ladder Diagram

Mr. Pradeep Chakraborty
Pradeep Chakraborty is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive electrical expertise. He completed a Four-Year National Apprenticeship in Electrical at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai, and holds a General Course in Engineering from City & Guilds, London.
His career highlights include:
2020-2021: Electro Technical Officer (ETO) for Bumi Armada, Malaysia, on an LNG Floating Storage Unit (FSU).
2005-2019: ETO for NYKSM, specializing in LPG and LNG carriers.
1983-2005: Electrical Officer for Shipping Corporation of India, Ltd., working on various vessels, including cargo ships, passenger ships, bulk carriers, oil tankers, and gas carriers.
Pradeep Chakraborty's wealth of knowledge and experience makes him a distinguished professional in the maritime and electrical sectors.
