Shipboard Energy Efficiency Management Plan
OVERVIEW:
Shipboard Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP) Training Course will give a comprehensive understanding of the provisions of SEEMP related regulations. The training will make you familiarized with the parties affected by EEDI and the possible EEDI Implementation measures, layout of the SEEMP based on IMO guidelines [(Resolution MEPC.213(63)] and with the impact of “Slow Steaming” on Fuel Efficiency / Profitability, through a relevant case study.
TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
1. You will understand briefly, the provisions of SEEMP related regulations.
2. You will be familiarized with the parties affected by EEDI and the possible EEDI Implementation measures.
3. You will be familiarized with a sample format / layout of the SEEMP, based on IMO guidelines [(Resolution MEPC.213(63)].
4. You will be familiarized with the impact of “Slow Steaming” on Fuel Efficiency / Profitability, through a relevant case study.
