J4MT Marine Consultants was founded to deliver high-quality training in the maritime and offshore industry, built on my extensive seafaring and training experience. In partnership with MINTRA, a DNV-approved provider accredited by Bureau Veritas, OPITO, CPD, and RoSPA, we offer innovative eLearning and Human Capital Management solutions covering safety, regulatory, operational, technical, and soft skills training tailored to all ranks. Our library, developed with industry experts, supports seafarers’ professional growth, well-being, and adaptability in an era of smaller crews and increased automation. We also provide specialised ECDIS type-specific courses via Virtual Classrooms and online platforms to ensure operational confidence. My experience as Project Consultant for ADU Academy, Director of Maritime Training and Internal Auditor at GMA, and as a manufacturer-approved ECDIS instructor and certified facilitator for MCA (UK)-approved ECDIS and HELM courses strengthens J4MT’s role as a trusted partner in maritime professional development.
